Come join us in Park City at the National Ability Center, where we will have a 4-day retreat with skiing and fun, December 28th - January 1st. This is for people with EB, ages 7 and up, and a parent or guardian.

What is provided:

• Lodging for participant and 1 guardian
• Transportation from and to SLC Airport and NAC, and to and from the ski activity (we are trying to provide airfare for the participant, but have limited funds. If it is needed you may request this assistance)
• 3 meals a day (continental breakfast, sack lunch and dinner)
• 2 days of Adaptive Skiing. These are 3 hour long activities.
• A New Years Party!

What is not provided:

• Airfare for guardian
• Nursing assistance
• Transportation while at NAC (other than what is provided for planned activities)
• We will not have kitchen access, so any food we can receive from local businesses and volunteers is what we will take. If participants cannot eat what is provided we will have volunteers who can run to a store or other so you can buy other food, so plan on bringing some cash in case you need to buy food.
